MINERAL SILICATE BINDER TECHNOLOGY

Mineral Silicate Binder Technology is an advanced inorganic binding platform developed from volcanic-derived minerals and other carefully selected silica-rich materials. Through controlled activation and formulation engineering, these materials form a highly stable mineral binding matrix designed to deliver outstanding durability, chemical resistance and long-term performance.

Unlike conventional Portland cement systems, which typically contain relatively high levels of calcium-bearing phases, Mineral Silicate Binder Technology is engineered with a different chemical balance, including a higher proportion of silicate-based binding phases. This distinctive mineral chemistry can improve resistance to aggressive environments, particularly where conventional cementitious materials may be vulnerable to acid or salt exposure.

Depending on the formulation and application, the technology promotes the development of stable binding phases, including calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) and other mineral reaction products, creating a dense and durable matrix with excellent bonding characteristics.

For appropriate non-structural applications, Mineral Silicate Binder Technology provides an advanced alternative to conventional cement- and resin-based systems.
