- Aggregates: Pre-mixed with sand or other aggregates <= 5mm.
- Color matching: Customized color shades, pre-mixed upon request.
- Strength design: Adjusted formulations to achieve required compressive/flexural strength.
- Working time: Tailored setting time to suit different climates and site conditions.
- Enhanced additives: Optional integration of waterproofing, anti-static, antibacterial or other performance enhancers.
- Packaging: Flexible options including 20kg/25kg PE bags (custom printing), 25kg Kraft bags, or 1000kg Jumbo bags.
Packaging & Storage
- Packaging options:
- 20kg or 25kg PE bags (custom printing available upon request).
- 25kg standard Kraft paper bags.
- 1000kg Jumbo bags for bulk applications.
- Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture (clearly printed on the packaging).
- Storage conditions:
- Store in a dry, cool place with stable or controlled temperature (not below 0°C, ideally 10°C – 25°C).
- Bags should be placed on pallets at least 300mm above ground level to prevent moisture absorption.
- Once opened, bags must be used immediately or tightly sealed to maintain product quality and consistency.
